  I am a great fan of Palace Cinemas and enjoyed the film but one thing that seems not up to your usual high standards in all things is this idea of combined selling of tickets and snacks/drinks. I had 3 other waiting customers comment to whilst I also waited in the crush. It does seem to be unworkable and inconvenient. Perhaps you could review and improve this one aspect of an otherwise pleasant outing to Palace North Balwyn. Thank you for asking for my feedback.

  Lovely old fashioned movie theatre. Recently renovated. Very nice.

  Poor experience. The cinema was dirty, and very smelly. Smelled like urine. The seats are pretty uncomfortable. This is our third visit, and third cinema to use, and can confirm they're all as average as each other. Palace doesn't seem to care about the Balwyn outlet very much at all. Will travel further for a cleaner, nicer cinema next time.
